As promised on our latest website update (November 26, 2020) - I'd like to spend a few moments talking about the advantage of "Virtual" meetings and the changes we've made in our office to make it COVID-19 safe.
Prime Time Financial Inc. has purchased a license for Zoom which allows us to have secure and private meetings with our clients. Prior to these meetings individualized summary statements are prepared and provided for you. It allows all sides of the conversations to have the same 'reference' in order to discuss the desires and options best suited for you. These Zoom meetings are video & audio - and are easy to access! (We set up the meeting and you receive an e-mail invitation with a link...CLICK the link - and you're in!)
INVESTIA CLIENT PORTAL
For our clients with mutual fund investments we have the Investia Secure Portal which can be accessed by Wayne Hissa, and individual clients through the INVESTIA CLIENT PORTAL. Many of our clients have already signed up for this. If you haven't yet registered for access to the portal CLICK HERE and we will send you an invitation and help you register online.
Here's what the CLIENT PORTAL can do:
Process secure e-signatures to complete "Know Your Client" reviews and updates as required by the Industry Compliance.
Open new accounts (or add to existing accounts) with direct withdrawal from your bank into YOUR investments (i.e. RRSP, TFSA, RESP, OPEN, Non Registered, RDSP). We will walk with you through these processes - you're not alone.
With the portal, we can process secure electronic signatures (E-signatures)
FOR INSURANCE PLANS AND SEGREGATED FUNDS:
We have a license for DOCU-SIGN which is similar to the CLIENT PORTAL and also provides for secure processing and transactions. And, of course, we will walk you through the processes with you..
EACH OF THESE OPTIONS PROVIDE FOR THE SECURE TRANSACTIONS AND PROCESSING. Once you've used them - you will see it's as EASY AS EMAIL!
We are also holding meetings over the phone (and also provide current statements for you) as well as in-office where masks are mandatory, and plexi-glass separates clients from Wayne.
